YouGotNext Empowerment Foundation was created to help reduce barriers and expand access to opportunity for young people, families, and communities.

Through our programs and community partnerships, we provide support that helps individuals pursue opportunities in athletics, education, personal development, and other areas that contribute to long-term growth and success.

Every story on this page represents more than a donation or sponsorship. It represents a young person gaining access to opportunities, a family receiving support, a community program being strengthened, and a reminder that investing in people can create lasting impact.

While many of our early efforts have focused on youth sports, our mission extends beyond athletics. As we continue to grow, we are committed to expanding our impact through initiatives that support learning, leadership, entrepreneurship, and community empowerment.

This is still the beginning, but every act of support helps create opportunities, remove barriers, and empower the next generation to reach its full potential.

Impact Stories

North Vineland Angels Baseball

YouGotNext Empowerment Foundation was proud to support the North Vineland Angels through our YouGotNext Sports initiative.

The Angels are working to create a positive, competitive, and development-focused environment where young athletes can grow through the game of baseball. Their program reflects many of the values we believe youth sports should provide: confidence, accountability, teamwork, discipline, connection, and lasting memories.

For us, this support was about more than helping a team. It was about investing in young athletes and supporting a program that is helping children become stronger players, better teammates, and more confident young people.

Youth sports can have a lasting impact on a child’s life, but rising costs continue to create barriers for families and teams. Through YouGotNext Sports, we are committed to helping reduce those barriers and supporting programs that keep kids active, connected, and surrounded by positive influences.

Pine Hill Rams 12U All-Stars

YouGotNext was proud to support the Pine Hill Rams 12U All-Star Team as they represented their community in the SJ Lions Dad’s Day Diamond Showdown 2025.

Our support helped this dedicated group of young athletes take the field and experience the opportunity to compete, grow, and make memories together as a team.

For us, this support was about more than helping a team participate in a tournament. It was about investing in young athletes who represent teamwork, determination, commitment, and community pride.

Youth sports can create moments that stay with kids long after the game is over. Through experiences like this, young athletes learn confidence, resilience, accountability, and what it means to be part of something bigger than themselves.

Through YouGotNext Sports, we remain committed to helping reduce barriers, expanding access, and supporting opportunities that allow young people to play, grow, and believe in what is possible.

Vortex Allstars Cheerleading

YouGotNext Empowerment Foundation provided support to Vortex Allstars through our YouGotNext Sports initiative.

This assistance was provided in response to a request connected to youth athlete participation costs and the expenses associated with competitive all-star cheerleading. The request highlighted the many costs families can face throughout a season, including tuition, monthly dues, camps, lessons, equipment, uniforms, travel, and competition-related expenses.

Every contribution matters when it helps reduce barriers for young athletes and their families and creates opportunities for continued participation in positive activities.

At YouGotNext, we understand that youth sports and competitive programs can create real financial pressure. Through YouGotNext Sports, we are committed to helping local athletes access experiences that build confidence, teamwork, discipline, and connection.

We are proud to support youth-centered programs and remain committed to investing in opportunities that help young people stay active, involved, and encouraged.

North Vineland Little League

Our relationship with North Vineland Little League began before YouGotNext Empowerment Foundation officially launched, when our early YouGotNext Sports efforts were still operating through Empowerment Matters. In 2025, we helped support North Vineland families by reducing youth sports costs and helping more kids stay connected to the game.

That partnership continued in 2026 through the YouGotNext Sports initiative, with support directed toward unpaid registrations so more children could participate in the season without financial barriers standing in the way.

For us, this work is about creating opportunities for young people to grow, connect with their peers, and benefit from the positive experiences that youth sports can provide.

North Vineland Little League shared that our support helped their players with:

We are proud to support North Vineland Little League as they continue creating meaningful opportunities for local children and families.

Why Youth Sports Matter

Youth sports provide young people with more than an opportunity to compete. They help build confidence, discipline, teamwork, leadership, accountability, and a sense of belonging that can positively influence many areas of life.

For many families, however, the cost of participation continues to rise. Registration fees, uniforms, equipment, travel expenses, tournament costs, and training opportunities can create barriers that prevent young athletes from fully participating.

Through YouGotNext Sports, YouGotNext Empowerment Foundation works to help reduce those barriers and expand access to opportunities that support youth development. While sports represent one area of our work, our broader mission is to empower young people and strengthen communities through athletics, education, and future opportunities for growth.
